This 50 PBS minute documentary chronicles Chicago’s journey towards becoming a more sustainable city where grass roots organizations and City Hall are working on developing better open spaces, green buildings and an educated citizenry to create welcoming and attractive communities within the city. Many of the activities taking place in Chicago are applicable in any city or town because they are initiated at a neighbourhood level, by concerned citizens and groups. So please come and learn about how Chicago’s experiences could be applied to help Albertans rediscover Edens that have been lost.
